School News
The Greek Orthodox
Mission of South Orange County (GOMSOC) Sunday School is on its way to
a very successful year. The co-directors, Ariana Sfakianakis and
Irene Travis would like to welcome all children from Preschool through
High School to join us every Sunday for religious instruction so they
may “Grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus
Christ” (2 Peter 3:18); to become actively involved in our parish; and
to provide each child a place for fellowship with other children of
our Greek Orthodox faith.
If you haven’t already registered, we will be set up for formal
registration on December 7, 2008 and December 14, 2008.
Our Sunday school provides a friendly and exciting environment. Our
teachers are not only knowledgeable religious educators, but they are
caring individuals with upstanding character that our children may
some day want to emulate.
December 24:
Christmas Eve Service and School Pageant
Please join us for a very special Divine Liturgy to
commemorate one of the holiest days of the year. Following the
service, join Sunday School for their annual Christmas Pageant.
Divine Liturgy will begin at 7:00 p.m.

God, we know this will be a very promising year.
